Trek the CAT

About a month ago a small kitten visited to eat with the Feral cats... I saw him several times and eventually was able to rub his head while he shared the cat food with the black feral cats.   I could not pick him up... after several days of feeding I was able to pick him up briefly and this led to an eventual warming to the person who has been feeding him for the past week or so... I found an old back of cat litter in the basement... had been stored in the basement for at least 10 years.  I located a small plastic tub and poured out some of the litter.  I sat the tub of litter on my closed in front porch and made an attempt to get the kitten onto the porch... he allowed me to pick him up and he has been living there since.

I took him to the vet about 2 weeks ago for all his shots and he has a return visit scheduled for 9 24.  The photos below are from 9 1 18...eventually I hope to move him into the house, only I haven't figured out where to place the litter box, as the kitten will have live in the house with PI the dog...
